FREE IAS COACHING PROJECT FOR 20 YOUNG RURAL WOMEN LAUNCHED

 

 

Bangalore, April 11: The new project of the IAS Hub, providing free IAS coaching to 20 young women in the state was launched in the City on Sunday.

The IAS Hub’s Bangalore branch, which provides high-quality training for civil service exams in the country, was handed over to the Secretary of the Department of Veterinary Medicine.

 

The IAS Hub was formally inaugurated by Dr. Ravi Surapura, Secretary, Department of Women and Child Welfare, and Deepa Ganigar, Superintendent of Police, Salem.

 

Retired DGP Shankar Bidari, who spoke on the said that there are some very talented students in rural areas of the state. “These students will be able to achieve excellence with the coaching they need. Many of them provide coaching for those who are in financial difficulties.

 

He said it was commendable that the state-of-the-art facilities and quality coaching centers would offer coaching to 20 young people free of charge.

 

P Manivannan, Secretary, Department of Veterinary & Fisheries, who also spoke on the occasion said that nowadays there are excellent facilities available to prepare for higher exams and such facilities should be used.

 

IAS Probationary Officer Ritika Jindal who got her coaching from the IAS Hub in 2019, who spoke at the inaugural said that the IAS Hub Coaching Class offers coaching through the most advanced technology besides offering free coaching to financially disadvantaged students. She said students of The IAS Hub have been performing well in civil services exams over the past several years.

 

Jyoti Ganigear, Director of Bangalore Branch of The IAS Hub, said that they announced the project to help young women in rural areas. “Our mission is to ensure that rural talent should benefit from it. We have given scholarships to many students in other courses and our main aim is to create opportunities for rural talent”, she added.
